Oilcooler
The aluminum radiator is made in layer construction of a variable number of pressed aluminum plates. The oil can circulate freely and with low pressure loss between these plates. Turbulators ensure an even distribution of oil across the cooling chambers. An Optimal heat dissipation is achieved by the inner swirl vanes. Oil cooler of this type are standard for tuned engines.
Maximum operating pressure of the oil cooler is 10 bar (150psi). Each radiator is tested at the factory with 11.5 bar (170psi).
Depending on the size and placement a reduction in the oil temperature of 20 ° C to 30 ° C was reached.
