Golf MK1 G60 7 16VG60 charge air system complete kit
Suitable for all Golf MK1 G60 or 16VG60 conversions where a Mercedes Sprinter intercooler is needed.
The Sprinter intercooler fits perfectly with G60 conversions in the Golf I. The bottom inlet and outlet above allow a short distance of the charged air. Our purpose-built aluminum pressure pipe with Co-Poti port, aluminum pipe bends and 180 ° arc loader including all gaskets, hoses and clamps.
The aluminum die-pipe and aluminum pipe bends are gloss polished and have a very high degree of accuracy.
The hoses are made of reinforced silicone material and are temperature resistant from -40° C to 220° C.
Up to about 6.0 bar load.
