A G40 Trunk charger rebuilt contains following steps:
- completely dismantle, clean & inspect all parts
- re-assembly of supercharger with OEM-parts
- re-new 5x bearings (FAG/Torrington)
- re-new 8x apex-seals
- replace 5x oil-seals with upgrade high-pressure oil-seals
- replace to upgrade wide timing-belt OEM-Gates
- housing paper gasket
12 month warranty by using the original charger pulley! The original charger pulley have to be send with the charger. Warranty only on spare parts!
